1. The power of repentance (vv. 1-3)
Jeroham turned away from the sins of his fathers. Although not completely. When we turn away from the sins of the fathers, wec liberate ourselves from the curse.
2. The power of praise (vv. 14-18)
The things that burden us often stop us from entering the presence of God. Because praise is for the unburdened heart, it serves to unburden our hearts and usher is info the presence of God where we can hear a word for our situation.
And this is but a light thing in the sight of the Lord : he will deliver the Moabites also into your hand.

3. The power of sacrifice (vv. 25-27)
Let us consider those things that are dear to us and use them to vouchsafe ourselves a great future, but in Christ and on earth.
