#LA130Prayer from Matthew 11:
- Father, deliver me from a life of offences.
- I will fulfill that which was written about me.
- I employ the weapon of spiritual violence against opposing forces of life.
- Wisdom shall be justified in me.
- I am a believer, I reject every spirit of unbelief therefore I’ll not miss my time of visitation.
- Father, I come to you with my yokes and burdens. I exchange them for your rest.
Question: Can we please everybody?
Answer: No. Even Jesus couldn’t please everybody. Please read Matthew 11:18-19 below.
Matthew 11:18-19
For John didn’t spend his time eating and drinking, and you say, ‘He’s possessed by a demon.’ The Son of Man, on the other hand, feasts and drinks, and you say, ‘He’s a glutton and a drunkard, and a friend of tax collectors and other sinners!’ But wisdom is shown to be right by its results.”
Oh! If we can’t please everyone then who can we please and how do we go about it?
