PRAY FOR YOUR NATION

And seek the peace of the city whither I have caused you to be carried away captives, and pray unto the Lord for it: for in peace thereof shall ye have peace. Jeremiah 29:7

Praying for our nations is a command given to us by God. Our collective prayers as Christians will go a long way in helping our countries. When we pray, grace and mercy is made abundantly available for the nation. For our land to be healed, we must stand in the gap and intercede. For corruption to cease and terrorism to end, fervent prayers but be engaged in.

In 2015 there will be General elections in Nigeria; prayers must go ahead of these events to avert any accompanying evil. We owe any country we live in prayers.

Praying for our nations is one of the ways to success in life that we often overlook. We can no longer afford to fold our hands and expect the government to solve all our problems. This is the time to get down on our knees and call upon God to have mercy upon our Land.

Our prayers can play vital roles in nation building.

Prayer focus
Lord, transform our nation. Help those in authority to govern well. Father, we pray for Divine intervention in the affairs of our nations. Hearken to all prayers said in #Project1515 in Jesus’ name, Amen.
