#LA187: DAY 153 – He Gives Us The Best

#LA187 FAMILY

Hello Dedicated #LA187 Family of God! It’s Day 153! We will not grow tired or weary in Jesus name.

Quiz time 🙂

What was God’s message to Baruch through Jeremiah?

Hint: Jeremiah 45.

Today, we read Psalms 147 and Jeremiah 45-48.

Fresh food was served on all #LA187 platforms today! Twitter! WhatsApp! Facebook! It’s never too late to join us.

Ife Love struck gold with verse 14 of Psalms 147: “I just love this. He doesn’t only give them wheat but the best of it. God doesn’t only bless us and give us good things but He gives us the best of the best. What an amazing father!!!”

Echo that! What an amazing Father!

From Jeremiah 45, we learned that we ought not to be like Baruch who decided to count his sorrows instead of his blessings. As @_ekaks advised, let us not blame God but instead thank Him in all circumstances.

Jeremiah 46 is a loaded one indeed. We see that God pronounced judgment on Egypt. Our breakfast Chef, Ibukun, served a delectable meal on this chapter. Our attention was brought to the fact that even though God proclaimed destruction on Egypt, He spared the people of Israel. We should be rest assured that no matter what is going on God always has us in mind. He will keep us regardless. Say there is economic crunch, God has us in mind and as long as we trust Him, He will keep us from feeling any effects. At the same time He disciplined them. When we do some things, God chastises us but because He loves us.

@Ogetours picked a prayer for us from Jeremiah 47:7 – May God’s sword never be charged against us in Jesus name!

AMEN!

Our cook for today, Dami Fresh served something fresh on Jeremiah 48. Indeed destruction is the end result of pride. Also, our trust should not be in our skill or wealth. We should put our trust in God alone. On verse 10 – Cursed is he who does the work of the Lord deceitfully- he reminded us of the mandate given to us by God – Go ye therefore and make disciples of all nations.” We must not forget the reason why we are here.

Our memory verse for today was from Psalms 147:3

He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds.

What a SWEET GOD!

Stay FRESH and ALIVE!
