#LA187: DAY 149 – Assurance Of An Expected End

#LA187 FAMILY

Hello Fresh #LA187 Family of God! It’s Day 149. We thank God for having brought us thus far. We will continue to let the Word dwell richly within our hearts.

Quiz time 🙂

Please write out three prayers that touched you from the reading in Psalms 143.

Hint: Read the question :D.

Today, we read Psalms 143 and Jeremiah 29-32.

On this brand new day we pray: “May your gracious spirit lead #LA187 forward on a firm footing.” Psalm 143:10

Do we hear an Amen?

Temi, our voice of Joy shared on the power of testimonies from Psalms 143:4-5. Even though David was facing affliction, he had a great attitude. Although his spirit was failing him, he fed his spirit by remembering AKA Testifying about all the good things God had done in the past.

On those same verses, @Ogetours added on “What are you storing up about God? Don’t forget to remember! Always consider the works of His hands!”

We will always have an attitude of gratitude in Jesus name.

In Jeremiah 29, we see God telling the captives to settle down, relax and work towards to prosperity of the city that held them captive. What do you do when your present location isn’t what you desire? Seek the peace of your ‘city’ whilst God has you there.

It doesn’t matter what your current state is, don’t be troubled because we have an assurance that His thoughts for us are of peace, and not evil, to give us a future and a hope. God is assuring you of an expected end.

Just as God told Jeremiah to write down His words in Jeremiah 30:2, so are we expected to write our visions down! Write! Write! Write!

Everything is sweeter after RESTORATION as we can see from Jeremiah 31. There’s Dancing, Joy, Gladness, Abundance and Total Satisfaction! We shall experience Restoration in our lives in Jesus name.

From Jeremiah 32, the Lord asks #LA187 Family today – “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?”

We answer this rhetorical question with the words of Jeremiah – Ah, Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Our memory verse for today was from Psalms 143:6

I spread out my hands to You; My soul longs for You like a thirsty land.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness for they shall be filled!

Stay FRESH and ALIVE!
