How The Spirit Empowers Us for Career Exploits – David Oyedepo

David-Oyedepo
Engaging the Ministry of the Holy Spirit for Exploits.

The Holy Spirit is the Mastermind behind a life of exploits.

1. The spirit of wisdom

Isaiah 11:1-2

There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse,
And a Branch shall grow out of his roots.
2 The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him,
The Spirit of wisdom and understanding,
The Spirit of counsel and might,
The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.

The spirit of wisdom is among the 7 spirits of God and it makes every carrier of quick understanding and spiritual understanding is key to commanding exploits. There is nothing outstanding, except by understanding.

Proverbs 21:16 The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding shall remain in the congregation of the dead.

The Holy Spirit quickens our understanding, thereby empowering us to command record-breaking results. Joshua was filled with the Spirit of God because Moses laid his hands on him. The spirit was active in Christ (Mark 6:2)

And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands? Mark 6:2

Jesus had wisdom and wrought mighty works. The spirit of wisdom manifests itself in mighty works, not mighty words, because words are cheap.

Pharaoh said to Joseph, inasmuch as God has shown you all these things…now takeover!

Joseph took over in the land of his captivity by wisdom. By the endowment of the spirit of wisdom, you’re taking over in your field in Jesus name.

The spirit of wisdom shows you the way to go about your given tasks that others don’t know anything about, so you command results above them.

Daniel 5:11 => There is a man in thy kingdom, in whom is the spirit of the holy gods; and in the days of thy father light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, was found in him; whom the king Nebuchadnezzar thy father, the king, I say, thy father, made master of the magicians, astrologers, Chaldeans, and soothsayers;

Daniel was relevant under 3 kings for 65 years. He was the wisdom bank of the nation. There are many think-tanks here that nations of the earth will call to benefit from your insight in Jesus name.

I decree your next level of command in the name of Jesus.

The Holy Spirit will show you what to do to get your tasks accomplished.

By the spirit of wisdom, your little kiosk can become a network of shopping malls. Pray for God to show you, by the spirit of wisdom, what ways to go about that given task.

2. The spirit of servanthood.
See how it positioned Jesus into the realm of unending exploits. Phil 2:5-9
Serving God’s interest requires the spirit of servanthood for sustained work in the temple. Isaiah 42:1-4

“Here is my servant, whom I uphold,
my chosen one in whom I delight;
I will put my Spirit on him,
and he will bring justice to the nations.
2 He will not shout or cry out,
or raise his voice in the streets.
3 A bruised reed he will not break,
and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out.
In faithfulness he will bring forth justice;
4 he will not falter or be discouraged
till he establishes justice on earth.
In his teaching the islands will put their hope.

You don’t have to make noise to make news. Serving God’s interest in secret brings open reward.
You need the spirit of servanthood to sustain and maintain your tempo of stewardship and grow it. And that commits God to your continuous impact in life.

See Isaiah 42:4 – He shall not fail nor be discouraged.
The spirit of servanthood puts you on the line of stewardship.

Luke 22:25-27:

Jesus said to them, “The kings of the Gentiles lord it over them; and those who exercise authority over them call themselves Benefactors. 26 But you are not to be like that. Instead, the greatest among you should be like the youngest, and the one who rules like the one who serves. 27 For who is greater, the one who is at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who is at the table? But I am among you as one who serves.

Serving God’s interest in increasing tempo will keep you relevant all the days of your life. You will be adding value all the days of your life.

Exodus 23:25
Worship the LORD your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you,

No one serving God’s interest will ever end up a beggar.

If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures. Job 36:11

Serving God with a pure heart secures your destiny.
The spirit of servanthood empowers you to live above discouragement with delight.

It is the quality of your stewardship that determines your leadership rating. It is not occupying a seat, but accomplishing a feat. Promote the kingdom of God whatever your level.

God always elevates servants, not those sitting on others.

Serve God tirelessly and don’t mind the mockers! No one ever serves GOd in truth and in deed and ends up in regret. Every true servant of God ends up a record breaker.

I see an army of record breakers on this ground!

As you keep reaching out to the lost, and praying kingdom advancement prayers and giving of His resources to promote his work, there is no where you go but forward!

Win souls, be on the altar of prayer and your story will change forever!

If you are not a servant of God today, you may end up a slave tomorrow.

Serving God’s interest makes a man of explouts. Job 1:8

No matter where you are in that corner, if you won’t stop doing what God has told you to do sacrificially, you must emerge as a star in Jesus name!

By the spirit of servanthood, I release you a world leader in your field.

3. The spirit of Guidance.

Romans 8:14
John 16:13, 14

The spirit of guidance distinguishes men for exploits.

Isaiah 45:1-3

Moses was very great in the land of Egypt before Pharaoh and all his servants, because he was constantly guided. There was no attempt to arrest him. He was being led, and when God is leading exploits is the result. Things that no one has ever heard or seen begin to happen.

You don’t know greatness until you know guidance! Be guided in every step you are taking, otherwise you may be regretting forever. Don’t be people guided, be spirit guided. Don’t just invest your energy everywhere you see. Ask God, Is that the direction you want me to go?

Subscribe to the guidance of the Holy Spirit in all that you do. Don’t carry your bag and run to Germany; if you are not guided, green pastures because brown pastures. The air, the ground will resist you, because you are not guided.

Abraham was guided into greatness. Gen 12:1-2

May you find where you belong and may you abide there.
