Wisdom To Let Go

TEXT: “Also do not take to heart everything people say, lest you hear your servant cursing you.” – Ecclesiastes 7:21 (NKJV)

LEARN and APPLY:
If you take to heart every rash word spoken by your spouse, you are bound to build a tower of hurt. One that will lock them out, and lead to loneliness and great pain. So even while it is encouraged to refrain the lips, it is also encouraged that you be able to let some words roll off you like water on a ducks feathers.

“Through wisdom a home is built, and by understanding it is established.” (Pro 24:3), and it is understanding that allows you let go, because you realize it was the flesh in them that rose to the occasion

Pray: Father, give me the wisdom and the ability to let go of those things that I have held on to in my hurt. Help me build my home in wisdom and establish it in understanding in Jesus name. Amen.
