In Due Season

TEXT: “The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their meat in due season. Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.” Psalm 145:15-16 (KJV)

We serve a God of seasons. And just when the time is due, so too will our desires be satisfied. However, the desires of our hearts are plenty – the dreams, the aspirations, and after waiting for so long, it is easy to lose hope and give up.

In due season, your tears will be wiped away. (Ps. 126:5)
In due season, your dreams will come to pass. (Ecc. 5:3)
In due season, your heart will be filled with joy for the great exploits awaiting. (Rom. 15:13)

Don’t give up yet, your season is due!

LEARN and APPLY: We must endure and exercise patience when waiting on God to the end so that we will bear fruits that will last.

Pray: Father, I will praise Your name forever; for who You are and for Your great deeds. Grant that I will always wait on You, for in due season you will satisfy all my needs.
In Jesus’ name, Amen!
