‘Jesus said to her, ‘Your brother will rise again.’ John 11:23
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. The death of Lazarus threw Bethany into mourning and his sisters into deep grief. The Saviour came four days later, but because of his coming the story changed. God is set to change rules for us, if we will believe.
Martha said to Jesus, ‘Lord, by this time there is a stench, for he has been dead for four days’. The number of days did not matter to Jesus, and in the same vein the problems we see as big are nothing to God; just like Jesus compared sleep to death.
When things fall apart, when a relationship collapses, when we loose valuables or friends, there is a God in heaven who knows tomorrow. What in the world can be more terrible than a stinking corpse? Yet, he was restored back to life by Jesus. Your own situation is not beyond redemption. He will right all the wrongs in your life and give you great beauty for ashes.
We always want to see a very clear picture of what God is saying to us before we take a leap, but each time we do this we are operating in unbelief. God expects us to step out in faith having absolute trust and confidence in his words. Let us express the same depth of faith exhibted by Jesus, God will definitely give us the expected end he promised just live a life full of faith.

Prayers
Lord, help me to trust in You even when it is almost impossible. Lord, open my eyes of understanding, let me always trust my situation in your hands and give me faith that can move mountains in Jesus Name, amen
