Woman, thou art loosed (Luke 13) #LAWisdom

If you read that in KJV, you will get the TD Jakes touch to that part of Scripture.

Jesus here explains one of the causes of infirmity – being bound by the enemy. The woman described in Luke 13:10-17 had been bound for 18 years and led a very miserable life, not able to raise herself up.

Thankfully, Jesus comes near and speaks the word of power to her, Woman thou art loosed from thine infirmity! And immediately she became well.

In the same vein, God has commissioned us to go and do likewise, loosing those bound by the enemy.

Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Matthew 18:18 KJV

Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Luke 10:19 KJV

May God enable us to walk in this grace also in Jesus name.
