READ Reflections on #LA65 Day 55: Hebrews 13 – James 3

Post from one of our WHATSAPP groups – Thanks Seun and Temi for sharing this:

Hebrews 13:3
Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.

Continue to remember. How many times do we remember to pray for Christians who are suffering for the sake of the Gospel? I subscribe to a particular mailing list called Voice of Martyrs, they usually share stories of people who are suffering for the Gospel. Brethren and Sistren. Those stories can make one weep.

Let me share one of such stories 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇

“Nadir,” pastor of an evangelical church in Kirkuk, Iraq, has survived two bombing attempts. While dozens from his congregation have fled the country, he has chosen to stay. “Our church has been bleeding out,” Nadir said, “but I believe all the chairs of the church will be filled by believers from Muslim backgrounds. They are the new generation of the church.”

Please, ask the Holy Spirit to remind you to pray for our Brothers and Sisters in the Lord. Also, be like me and set reminders on your phone. These smartphones should be maximized. Don’t you agree 😁😁😁😁”
