◆ The Shepherd is the only source of the Sheep’s livelihood.
◆ The Shepherd protects the Sheep.
◆ The Shepherd leads the way for the Sheep to follow.
◆The Shepherd is the guardian of the Sheep.
◆ The Shepherd does not forsake the Sheep.
I’m sure you’ve figured out that we are the Sheep.
A few characteristics of Sheep I found on the WORLD WIDE WEB.
■ Sheep have a following instinct.
■ Sheep are docile.
■ Sheep need a Shepherd.
Self Check: Based on all these qualities of the Shepherd and the Sheep. Is the Lord truly my Shepherd? Have I handed over my life to Him completely? Do I follow His lead? Do I depend on Him.
Prayer: The Lord is indeed my Shepherd. I surrender to Him. I submit myself to His authority.
